Job summary

IHOP Lindale is seeking a full-time General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and manage a skilled team. You will oversee budgeting, marketing initiatives, compliance with SOPs, and HR activities to ensure a high-performing, guest-focused experience.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a track record of managing inventory, scheduling, and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations to meet financial, marketing, guest services and HR objectives.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house to ensure quality, safety and SOP compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain staff; administer hourly compensation plan and performance issues.
• Ensure food quality, portion control, plating and temperature adherence per SOP.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships to minimize outages.
• Monitor sanitation, security, and regulatory compliance; document reports and communications.
