Job summary

TICE Chicken Holdings, LLC - GA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain standards of quality, cleanliness and efficiency. You will lead a team, provide guidance and training, and contribute to the restaurant’s success.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, scheduling, safety compliance, and collaboration with regional/corporate management to drive sales and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management experience, preferably in fast food.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or business management education is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food prep, serving and service.
