Job summary

Zaxby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Cross Bayou, FL. You will guide the team, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards while managing staffing, training, and performance. A strong emphasis on coaching and developing staff will be essential to meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience (Zaxby’s a plus).
• Available to work a minimum of 5 days and 40 to 50 hours per week.
• Phase III GM certification
• In-store ZFI Kitchen Demonstrative passed with a 90% or above.

Responsibilities

• Strive to enhance guest experiences at every opportunity by satisfying and exceeding expectations.
• Increase sales and profit by building community relationships/partnerships and providing outstanding product and service.
• Ensure an effective work schedule is posted each week.
• Demonstrate effective interviewing skills for hiring top performers.
• Responsible for all levels of staffing and new hire orientations.
• Ensure training and certification processes are in place and 100% compliant.
• Provide clear development plans and performance reviews for management staff.
• Execute quarterly business plans through systems, training, manuals and resources.
• Mentor AM’s in operation of a Zaxby’s unit and prepare them for advancement.
• Review daily numbers and coach and praise results.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment toward company objectives.
