McDonald’s Obetz in Ohio is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, manage guest experience, and direct crew and management teams to excellence.

You’ll recruit, onboard, train, and coach staff, plan scheduling, monitor inventory and costs, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance.

A safety‑driven, customer‑focused leader with strong communication and decision‑making will thrive in a fast paced environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED preferred.
• Experience leading, motivating or developing others.
• Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to communicate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
• Plan for success: Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding, Staffing, Performance Management
• Train, coach and motivate
• Plan for and make decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
• Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonald’s standards
