Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable, high-volume restaurant in Canton, GA. You will lead Department Managers, set goals with your leader, and drive Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to meet McDonald’s standards.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail and are comfortable hiring and developing managers, coaching teams, and planning to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, and provide coaching and direction.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the future team.
• Drive organizational goals through effective planning and execution.
