McDonald’s franchise restaurant in Georgia is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and uphold McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards. You will coach Department and Shift Managers, set goals, monitor performance, and build a capable team to deliver fast, friendly service.

Qualifications

Proven General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
Background in quick service, hospitality, or retail preferred.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to ensure profitability and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
Coach and develop Department and Shift Managers; monitor KPIs and store goals.
Hire, train, and retain a high-performance team and schedule staff accordingly.
Control costs and manage inventory to achieve financial targets.
