Daiquiri Deck in Florida seeks Experienced Restaurant General Managers to lead high-energy, high-volume venues. You will oversee revenue, profitability, quality, and guest satisfaction while guiding front- and back-of-house teams to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring proven restaurant leadership, strong hospitality knowledge, and a hands-on management style. Local candidates only; compensation reflects a competitive package.

Formación

• Must have experience as a Assistant General Manager or General Manager or similar Upper Management Hospitality position.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager.
• Motivated, self-starter with strong drive to succeed.
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
• High energy, hands-on leadership style.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
• Experience with Food and Liquor inventories.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the restaurant's revenue, profitability and quality goals.
• Ensure efficient restaurant operation; maintain high production, productivity and sanitation standards.
• Lead by example and uplift staff during busy moments in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly and customers have GREAT dining experiences.
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts; appraise staff performance and provide feedback.
