Job summary

Noodles & Company in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a General Manager to lead and coach teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will own restaurant performance, drive guest satisfaction, manage P&L, and develop a high-performing team.

You’ll schedule, control labor and expenses, partner on local marketing, and uphold food safety and quality standards. This role requires flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and a passion for service.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management.
• Own restaurant performance including guest experience and operations.
• Proficiency with back-of-house systems and performance reviews.
• Excellent communication and team development skills.
