• Lead daily operations with strong floor presence.

• Ensure consistent service standards and guest recovery.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management for FOH.
• Manage labor, costs, and P&L fluency to drive profitability.
• Maintain schedules, systems, and safety compliance.
• Partner with CDC, Beverage Director, and L&D for training.
• Represent brand locally through marketing and partnerships.
• Support events and private dining experiences.
