Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Albuquerque and planned Santa Fe locations is seeking a General Manager to lead a hospitality-focused team. You will drive operational excellence, manage P&Ls, and build a culture of accountability and growth among staff.

Demonstrated ability to delegate, coach, and develop assistants while maintaining brand standards is essential. You will oversee scheduling, inventory control, and daily administration, ensuring guest experiences meet CSC quality.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of back office tools.
• Ability to quickly learn and master new computer software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador for Chicken Salad Chick.
• Understand and adhere to all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
• Understand and comply with all regulations about health, safety, and labor requirements for the restaurant, employees, and guests.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service; ensure products are prepared and served to CSC standards.
• Achieve objectives for sales, service, quality, facility appearance, and sanitation through training and positive leadership.
• Develop, plan and implement restaurant marketing, advertising, and promotional activities following Brand Standards.
