Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a General Manager in Training to lead key areas of a high-volume restaurant, focusing on team leadership, service quality, and operational execution.

Starting Pay is $25/hr+ (Full-Time, based on experience) with expected annual compensation starting at $60,000+. Overtime is not guaranteed, though leaders typically work 45–50 hours per week and receive a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management or supervisor experience in a fast-paced industry.
• A team-first mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills
• Flexibility and availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts
• A hands-on leadership style and a desire to grow into senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead either the Front of House or Back of House, based on your strengths
• Coach Team Members and team leads to deliver consistent excellence
• Manage shifts with precision, keeping service fast, clean, and organized
• Monitor inventory levels, food quality, labor performance, and team dynamics
• Act as a key decision-maker during high-pressure rush periods
