Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a General Manager for a full-time, exempt store position in the United States. You will be responsible for achieving sales, profits, and customer satisfaction by staffing, training, operating, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• Experience: 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets controllable cost targets.
• Meets controllable cost targets.
• Develops (with DM) and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plan to improve sales and profits.
• Trains store personnel to execute procedures for quality products.
• Trains store personnel in customer courtesy and service improvements.
• Trains and develops managers on Managing Better Shifts skills.
• Controls and analyzes store budget, P&L information and labor efficiency.
