Job summary

Andy's Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Washington, DC to oversee daily operations at our Union Station location. You will manage guest experience, pizza quality, timely orders, and profitability while maintaining exceptional service.

Responsibilities include leading the management team, optimizing labor and costs, and ensuring food safety. A ServSafe license and strong leadership are required for success in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite and cloud tools
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
• Clear communication with staff and management

Responsibilities

• Motivate and develop the management team to meet timing standards
• Maximize profitability by executing the business plan and controlling costs
• Oversee store operations with focus on quality and cleanliness
