Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain team members.
• Deliver exceptional Southern Hospitality with outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring food quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.
