Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of inventory controls and cost management.
• Proven ability to deliver superior guest service and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise that managers follow opening/closing procedures and labor policies.
• Oversee daily/weekly inventory, chicken counts, and waste to protect costs.
• Ensure a professional, safe, and clean work environment and resolve customer issues.
