Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and cash registers.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints.

Responsibilities

• Supervising that managers adhere to opening/closing procedures and company policies.
• Oversee that managers and staff commit to order accuracy and guest service.
• Supervise inventory, chicken counts and waste on daily/weekly basis.
• Ensure staff operate in a safe, professional work environment.
• Address customer complaints promptly or escalate when needed.
• Fill in scheduling and assist in daily/weekly cleaning to cover workloads.
• Develop weekly schedules and meet labor goals.
• Ensure daily inventory is completed across shifts.
• Coordinate truck orders to meet food cost goals.
• Oversee cost of goods and reconcile discrepancies.
• Recruit, orient, train, and schedule team members.
• Handle all cash transactions in-store.
• Work with the District Manager to coach and discipline staff.
• Clearly communicate expectations and review performance, compensation actions, and policies.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to maintain standards.
• Foster a positive culture and environment within the staff.
• Address service issues with courtesy to cultivate loyal customers.
