Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in restaurant operations leadership or GM roles.
• Strong P&L understanding and budgeting experience.
• Excellent customer service mindset and team development skills.
• ServSafe certified or equivalent food safety training.
• Proven ability to hire, train, and mentor shift leaders and staff.

Responsibilities
