Donatos Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a hospitality-focused team and drive People Development, Operations Excellence, and Sales Growth. This role coaches and supports staff, ensures high-quality customer experiences, and upholds Donatos standards in food safety and financial controls.

You will open/close the restaurant, manage staffing, and engage with the local community to grow profits while maintaining a culture of integrity and pride.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Level 2 ServSafe certification.
• Management experience required; internal candidates preferred; external considered.

Responsibilities

• Empowers associates to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintains appropriate staffing levels across opening, mid, and closing shifts.
• Controls cash and assets per company policies and cash-handling guidelines.
• Ensures food safety, sanitation, and adherence to local health department standards.
• Leads manager meetings, product rollouts, openings, and operational training.
