Job summary

Papa John's International is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at our Carrollton location. You will manage daily activities, uphold brand standards, and coach a high‑performing team to deliver safe, clean, and welcoming service.

The GM will model our values, support staff across roles, and drive continuous improvement while meeting sales and quality targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of General Manager experience in casual restaurant required.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands of a restaurant.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing management team and staff.
• Foster a positive culture and ensure guest experiences are safe, welcoming, and consistently executed.
