Job summary

You’ll oversee scheduling, budgeting, and profitability while upholding health and safety standards, digital tools usage, and Taco Bell's culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging. This role is full-time, on-site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in restaurant or retail management with a proven track record in people management.
• Experience analyzing P&L and driving performance improvements.
• Proficient with digital tools and platforms used in modern restaurant operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant maintenance programs and health & safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and orient top Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan for managers and trainers.
• Recognize high performers and foster an inclusive, belonging-focused culture.
• Resolve conflicts promptly to maintain a positive work environment.
• Engage with customers to resolve issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Schedule staff to optimize service, coach CHAMPS standards, and lead rollout meetings.
• Analyze financial performance, manage the budget, and maximize profitability without compromising service.
• Monitor competitors and improve digital presence and loyalty programs.
