The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced General Managers to lead high-volume airport restaurants. This role is ideal for proven leaders who thrive in complex operations, value people development, and can balance guest satisfaction with financial performance.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily operations across one or multiple restaurant locations within the airport
• Lead, coach, and develop management teams and hourly staff
• Drive results in labor management, cost of goods (COGS), average transaction value (ATV), and sales per enplanement (SPE)
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and union guidelines
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining brand standards
• Partner cross-functionally with Airport leadership, franchisors, and union representatives

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager or 2+ years as a Multi-Unit Manager in restaurants, hospitality, or concessions
• Proven success managing high-volume operations ($3M+ annual sales)
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgets, P&Ls, and labor forecasting
• Skilled in people development, accountability, and team culture
• Flexible, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, highly regulated airport environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain required airport security badging
