Job Description

Pilot Flying J seeks experienced, highly-skilled Restaurant General Managers to oversee our high-volume, quick service restaurants. Applicants must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring excellent hospitality and guest service
• Creating a positive work environment for team members
• Implementing Human Resource decisions
• Performing P&L analysis
• Controlling inventory

Pay Rate

Starting between $43,888 and $59,050 per year.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong team leadership and customer service skills, and demonstrate integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

• Minimum 2-3 years management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with financial responsibility
