Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management/operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan (Wendy's) in response to market conditions.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Resolves customer complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
• Trains store personnel to execute company standards (Quality, Service and Cleanliness).
• Manages store budget goals and communicates variances to the District Manager.
