Qualifications

• Leadership to supervise and develop staff.
• Ability to forecast labor needs and schedule accordingly.
• Coaching and training of crew and shift leaders.
• Strong focus on food quality, service, and safety.
• Experience in managing costs, waste, and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to meet profitability targets.
• Coach and develop crew, conduct interviews, and assign roles.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient service and courtesy.
• Monitor cleanliness and food safety standards throughout shifts.
• Train staff on new products and procedures and onboard new managers.
• Oversee inventory, waste reduction, and cash handling procedures.
• Follow company policies, health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
• Write schedules and manage administrative duties as directed by GM/DM.
• Maintain equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance.
