Job summary

Southeast Restaurant Group, a Wendy’s franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations in our fast-paced restaurant. You will hire, train, and develop staff, schedule shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, experience as a manager or supervisor in a restaurant, and a track record of building a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Candidates with GM experience or at least 3 years of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Find, hire and develop employees.
• Conduct new hire orientation and develop training plans for each team member.
• Schedule and deploy the team effectively.
• Address performance issues and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Lead the team to achieve People, Customer Service and financial targets.
