Job summary

Rackson is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations in Milford, CT. The GM will manage staff, ensure exceptional service, control costs, and drive profitability while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, English proficiency, and experience with P&L in a fast-paced environment. The GM will work on-site and lead by example to develop talent across the team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in customer service with P&L exposure.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in POS systems and computer literacy for daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance.
• Lead by example, train staff, and ensure brand standards and labor laws are met.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and profitability, and drive sales growth.
• Ensure safe food handling, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate staffing, inventory, and administrative duties; respond to guest concerns promptly.
