You will drive staff hiring and training, manage financials, and ensure safety, customer satisfaction, and compliance with policies. Franchisee ownership mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume food service management.
• Ability to lead a team and conduct performance reviews.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all staff complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Handle HR issues, including disciplinary actions.
• Own the restaurant operations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ensure payroll is accurate and coordinate with payroll dept.
