Domino's Pizza Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store, serve customers, and support team members. You will oversee operations, food safety, staffing, and P&L while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lead by example. This position includes competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer Service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
