• Lead overall operation and performance of the restaurant.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Create a positive, engaging workplace culture built on teamwork and respect.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and a consistent “Sub Above” standard.
• Drive sales while managing labor, costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Develop future leaders by coaching Crew Members and Supervisors.
• Build community relationships and represent Jersey Mike's brand.
• Analyze performance and implement action plans with Regional support.
