Job summary

Bueno Restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead the strategic and operational direction of the restaurant and drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand standards. This hands-on leader partners with a management team to ensure safe, clean, and welcoming environments while supporting team development and engagement.

The GM will oversee day-to-day operations, coach staff, and continuously improve performance across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ current experience in the Casual dining segment.
• Restaurant industry experience required.
• Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
• Lead and develop managers and teams to deliver consistent brand execution.
