Job summary

Bueno aims to elevate dining experiences by appointing a General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier guest satisfaction. This hands-on leader directs a management team, upholds brand standards, and fosters a culture of hospitality and safety.

The GM role requires at least 2 years in casual dining, strong leadership and communication, and preferred ServeSafe certification, with emphasis on teamwork and performance excellence.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years current experience in the Casual restaurant industry.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate’s or a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
• Lead and supervise managers and team members to execute brand standards and guest experiences.
• Create memorable experiences and build high‑performing teams.
• actively support positions as needed and drive continuous improvement across the restaurant.
