TACO BELL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager at our Stamford, CT location to run the daily operations of a busy restaurant. You will lead a team, hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, and guide new hires through orientation and training plans.

Strong guest satisfaction and financial performance will be your focus. You will schedule staff, manage performance, and oversee budgeting to ensure fast, friendly service and quality food for every guest.

Qualifications

• Finding, hiring, and developing Team Members and Shift Leads.
• Conducting new hire orientation and developing training plans.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team that consistently provides customers with great food and a friendly experience.
• Scheduling and deploying the Team correctly, addressing performance issues, and managing the restaurant budget and financial plans.
