Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check and motor vehicle report required.
• Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 3–5 years management experience; restaurant management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the restaurant delivers great experiences to guests.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels by sourcing, interviewing, hiring, retaining, and recognizing top performers.
• Ensure team members receive proper training including ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development while holding team members accountable for their performance.
• Create and maintain shift schedules to drive sales and control labor costs.
• Plan and delegate shift assignments and ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Lead with a positive culture and promote team morale while ensuring profitability by managing costs and sales.
• Complete performance reviews for crew members and assist with manager reviews.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and procedures; review metrics daily and act to improve profitability and guest experience.
