Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report.
• Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent and some college preferred.
• 3-5 years management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and leadership to the team to maintain high morale.
• Manage staffing, training, and development while upholding company standards.
• Drive sales and control labor costs; ensure profitability.
• Maintain guest experiences and service quality; ensure operational standards are met.
• Complete performance reviews for crew and assist with managers.
• Review performance metrics daily and develop action plans to improve profitability and guest experience.
• Maintain records using management tools and ensure compliance with policies.
