Job summary

KBP Brands, owner of the KFC franchise, is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive restaurant profitability. You will oversee operations, staffing, training, and guest experience to ensure sustained growth across our locations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week and maintain a clean restaurant.
• Ensure guests enjoy a friendly experience and quality products.
