KBP Foods is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced KFC restaurant and drive profitability across operations. You will oversee staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage daily financials in a growing, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and safely maneuver through compact spaces.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure every guest enjoys a friendly experience with a quality product.
