Job summary

KBP Brands, the KBP Foods franchisee behind KFC, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Winchester, VA. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage budgets, and uphold guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk long shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reporting.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant GMs.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
