KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager for our KBP Foods/KFC franchise in Decatur, GA. You will lead a team, drive profitability, manage cash controls, inventory, and labor, and review financial reports to guide action.

Competenze

At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with profit and loss responsibility.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, navigate compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.

Mansioni

Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking action as needed.
Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
Conduct inventory counts every other week.
Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests have a friendly experience with a quality product.
