Job summary

Northwest Restaurants Group seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team and set the tone for hospitality at Store 42248 Hwy 707 in Murrells Inlet, SC. Youll hire, train and coach staff, schedule effectively and resolve customer issues while steering the restaurant budget and financial plan.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and a track record of developing people. Franchise ownership offers opportunity for growth and success within a dynamic Yum Brands franchisee

Qualifications

• 2-4 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promote from Assistant General Manager position.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong, high-performing team.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new-hire orientation and training plans.
• Schedule and deploy staff; address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; drive profitability.
