Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a Texas favorite since 1994, is expanding and seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of our Arkansas locations in Benton. You’ll oversee all restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management in fast casual, fast food, or drive-thru.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and excellent guest service.
• Hire, train, and develop team members to foster a positive, high-performing culture.
• Create and manage schedules to optimize labor and meet business goals.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure food quality and consistency.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining an outstanding customer experience.
• Lead by example, promoting a positive, team-focused environment.
