Layne's Chicken Fingers is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive sales, and foster a high-performance team. You will hire, train, and develop staff while enforcing Layne’s operating procedures and budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to connect with the local community to grow brand presence. This is an on-site, full-time position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of fast food drive-through supervisory experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to adapt to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, train, manage, and develop staff, overseeing orientation and performance.
• Manage budget, monitor sales and costs, and conduct cash audits.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and safe operating conditions.
• Lead Layne’s culture, engage with community, and promote brand values.
• Improve customer experience and relationships with guests and staff.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and compliance with policies.
