Layne’s Chicken Fingers in Hot Springs, AR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help lead one of our locations and support the General Manager in creating an amazing team and guest experience.

As Assistant GM you’ll oversee daily operations, train and develop team members, and ensure every guest leaves happy. Join a fast-paced, chicken-focused culture with room to grow as Layne’s expands across the state.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast food or drive-thru preferred).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• ServSafe certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in managing restaurant operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Lead by example and inspire the team with a positive attitude.
• Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Monitor inventory, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Help create schedules that meet labor targets and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
