Big South Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive profitability, and lead a motivated team at the Spartanburg location.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and developing staff, conducting weekly manager meetings, and ensuring compliance with state and local regulations to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
• Flexible, results-driven, and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Control daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage profitability and weekly inventories
• Conduct weekly manager meetings and write monthly reviews for assistants
• Oversee recruitment, selection, and development of employees
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws, including DHEC rules and alcohol laws
