Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
• Capable of using knives and other food preparation equipment.
• Able to place plates, utensils, and pans on high and low shelves.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned prep work and set up the cook's station.
• Maintain product presentations, quality, and cook time standards.
• Prepare menu items according to recipes and specifications.
• Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after the shift.
• Complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects.
