Job summary

Fresh Dining Concepts, a leading GoTo Foods™ franchisee, is hiring a General Manager in Wellington, FL. You will oversee overall store operations, financial performance, and people leadership for 10–40 team members, ensuring adherence to brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in financial management. A high school diploma is required, with a BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven 2+ years of successful management experience.
• Experience coaching and developing teams in retail/restaurant/hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and financial management skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and retain staff meeting standards.
