Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager in Eureka, IL to lead restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality and people. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, ensuring top-tier guest experiences while meeting business objectives.

The role requires 3-5 years of quick service management, strong financial acumen, and the ability to drive marketing, training, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board elements.
• Train Team Members through effective training programs and staffing.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude toward company objectives.
• Maintain inventory and equipment through approved vendors.
• Supervise according to policies in the operations standards manual.
• Develop and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and escalate questions to District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
