Flynn Wendy’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy Wendy’s restaurant within the Flynn Group. You will mentor and develop team members, assume total operational and financial responsibility, and ensure the Wendy’s culture is lived every shift.

Three years of GM experience in quick-service with heavy drive-thru is required; you will drive food quality, labor efficiency, service standards, food safety, and sanitation while pursuing excellence.

Qualifications

• Three years experience working as a restaurant general manager at a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations.
• Strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food, labor, service, food safety, sanitation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant as General Manager with total operational and financial responsibility.
• Mentor and develop team members to ensure store success and uphold Wendy’s culture.
• Drive customer satisfaction, food quality and safety standards on every shift.
