Domino's Pizza in Longview is seeking a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership to run our store and support the team. You will drive store performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior management or similar experience is required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Manage store operations and drive results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, cleanliness, attendance and punctuality.
• Recruit, develop, and retain staff team members.
