Qualified candidates will have 3+ years in restaurant management, a Food Safety Manager certification, and a strong focus on hospitality. This is a full-time position with a demanding schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail management.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work a minimum of 55 hours a week.
• Food Safety Manager certification required.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).

• Proven ability to problem solve and handle high stress situations.
• Interprets financial statements and understands contributing factors.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements corrective action steps.

Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant operations with responsibility for guest service, brand standards execution and employee training.
• Achieves controllable profit and flow thru goals by overseeing all controllable costs.
• Ensures timely implementation, training and execution of corporate initiatives and promotions.
• Develops Restaurant Managers and hourly employees through training programs and coaching.
• Ensures compliance with Brand Standards and government regulations.
• Attracts, hires, onboards and retains hourly staff to meet staffing and guest service standards.
• Develops local store marketing plans to drive sales and guest counts.
