Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the restaurant and fresh kitchen operations, ensuring smooth, efficient service and customer satisfaction.

You will direct staff, manage processes, and execute strategies to boost sales and guest experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and quality, with opportunities to grow within a family-owned organization.

Qualificações

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $500k+.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with proper food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, talent development, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders to maximize customer service.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements to drive business changes.
• Address customer feedback and improve the dining experience.
